The following links will assist you with the Joint Labor-Management Committee’s (JLMC) Individual Development Award Program (IDAP). IDAP is designed to support a variety of professional development projects or activities by assisting eligible employees to develop their full professional potential and to prepare for advancement. IDAP provides funding for professional development activities: providing training to improve job performance; enhancing teaching, research capabilities, and improving professional knowledge and skills. Applications for IDAP are accepted once in the Fall semester and once in the Spring semester. You will need to draw on all of these links to fully understand IDAP and to ensure that you have submitted all required information to meet the criteria for this award.

This link provides a checklist of everything that needs to be submitted along with the IDAP Application and Budget Summary to ensure that your IDAP packet is complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered by the Professional Development Committee.
JLMC / IDAP Application & Budget Summary:
Use this link to print out and fill in the IDAP application and Budget Summary. Under letter B for Professional Development Committee choose the Individual Development Awards Program (IDAP), and fill in the remainder of the questions. It is very important that your IDAP packet include receipts and/or cost projection documentation supporting all of the costs that you are including in your budget summary.
